Folder to store PDF generated data sheets
Choose a folder in which to store PDF files that have been created from a Data Sheet.
If no folder is specified, generated PDF files will be stored in the Unclassified folder.

Default ticket email account when assigning data templates to be available to customers via Portal
When a Data Template is available for completion by a customer in the CommTrak Customer Portal, this field specifies which CommTrak Tickets from Email account will be used for receiving notification of a completed Data Sheet.
This feature enables customers to complete a Data Sheet in the Customer Portal, and for a Ticket to be created when the Data Sheet is submitted by the customer.
