Utilities Overview
When accessing the Utilities menu item, the available features will vary depending upon your CommTrak implementation.
Examples of CommTrak utilities that appear in the module are:
- Customer Import - available upon request
- Email Marketing - available in all CommTrak implementations
- Merge Customers - available in all CommTrak implementations
- Merge Telesales - available in all CommTrak implementations
- Merge Tickets - available in all CommTrak implementations
Other Utilities may be available, depending upon your CommTrak implementation. Please refer to the Support Centre articles pertaining to other utilities, as appropriate.
