Relationship Manager Columns
Relationships Managers are an existing feature in CommTrak (documented in the Support Centre article Customer Screen). Both the Customers and the Leads screens (both accessed from the CommTrak Main Menu) can now display Relationship Manager fields, using the existing column customisation features.
The following image shows an extract from the Leads screen, with two Relationship Manager columns enabled (Technology Consultant and Portfolio Manager).

Workflow Filters
The ability to filter active Workflow Groups, on the Active Workflow Cases screen, has been enhanced to provide the ability to filter by Workflow Groups and Workflow Tasks.
The Workflow Groups filter now has a filter icon which, when clicked, displays the Filtered Group Tasks filter list, which enables the user to select which Due Tasks should be displayed:

In the above image, a single Workflow Group has been ticked (1), the filter icon next to group has been clicked (2) (now displaying the number of selected tasks), and a single workflow task has been ticked (3), thus limiting the Active Workflow Case list to only show workflows where the selected task is the next due task.
- Only workflows where the selected task is the Next task due, will be displayed when one or more tasks are selected in the Filtered Group Tasks list
- Multiple Workflow Groups can be ticked
- Multiple Tasks can be ticked
- All Task filters can be removed by clicking the reset icon (4 in the above image)
