CallTrak Staff List

The CallTrak Staff List is your organisation's company directory, and can be accessed from the CommTrak Main Menu, or by clicking the CallTrak tab at the top of a Customer Screen.

Information in the Staff List is obtained from either:

• My Details screen (configurable by the user)
• User Settings (configurable by your organisation's CommTrak Administrator)

The Staff List is displayed beneath the CallTrak, Leave Calendar, and Skills Matrix sections of the CallTrak screen.

All information in the Staff List can be viewed by all CommTrak users; if staff do not wish to share certain information (e.g. mobile number), it should not be entered into the My Details screen.
