CallTrak Skills Matrix
The CallTrak Skills Matrix feature can be accessed from the CommTrak Main Menu, or by clicking the CallTrak tab at the top of a Customer Screen.
Skill Groups and Skills are maintained in Settings > User Settings > Skills Matrix.
The Skills Matrix displays information relating to staff skills, within your organisation, that have been entered in the My Details section of CommTrak, and is displayed beneath the Call Tracking and Leave Calendar sections of the CallTrak screen.
Examples of staff skills include:
- Industry accreditations (e.g. telecoms, finance)
- Business skills (e.g. customer service, software skills)
- Safety skills (e.g. fire marshal, first aid)

Skills can be categorised; for example, in the image above, there are two skill categories (CommTrak and ICT Advanced).
The colour-codes for the categories are automatically assigned by CommTrak, and cannot be modified.

Adding a Skill
Staff can add a skill, and request skill approval, in the Skills section of the My Details details screen.
