Cutomer Badges

Customer badges are displayed at the top of the Customer screen, immediately below the customer tabs:

Badges are displayed in a fixed order in the customer header:

  • Affiliation (e.g. Service Provider in the previous image)
  • Partner (visible in the previous image)
  • Account Status (e.g. No work to start in the previous image)
  • MYOB Credit Hold (not shown in the example image)

Partner badge is only available when the Partner module is enabled in your CommTrak.

MYOB Credit hold is only applicable when the MYOB integration is active in CommTrak.
