Account Statuses (Settings)

The Account Status field is located in the More info section of the main Customer Screen.

When a customer has an Account Status of anything other than Not Specified, the orange Account status badge will be displayed at the top of the customer screens:

Accessing Account Status Settings

Settings > Accounting Settings > Account Statuses

Add an Account Status

Enter a name for the new Account Status into the Add an account status field, and click .

Modify an Account Status

  • Select an account status from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Edit the name of the account status in the Modify an account status field
  • Click

Modifying an existing Account Status will immediately update all customer records with that status.

Delete an Account Status

  • Select an account status from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Click

Deleting an existing account status will set all customer records with that status, to Not Specified.

Deleting an account account status cannot be reversed.
