Accounts Integration Overview
CommTrak provides integrations for the following accounts services:
- MYOB
- Xero
The accounts integration is not enabled by default; if you wish to use the accounts integration, please contact CommTrak Support to arrange for activation for your accounting service.
Once the accounts integration has been activated, you will need to grant permissions for CommTrak to access your accounts service.
Please refer to Support Centre category, Accounting Settings, and select the appropriate article for accounts integration configuration for your accounting software.
Once the integration has been configured, accounts service records can be matched to CommTrak Customer records:
When records have been matched, accounting information can be viewed on the Customer's Accounts screen:
Only users granted appropriate permissions, within their CommTrak Role, can view or access accounts information and settings.
The required permission is:
Accounts > Allow users to view/modify all accounting software related information
