Accounts Screen
The Customer's Accounts screen is only available when the Accounts Integration has been enabled, and where relevant permissions have been assigned to the current user.
Please refer to the Support Centre Accounting Settings category, for information pertaining to the configuration of accounts services.
CommTrak provides integrations with the following accounting services:
- MYOB
- Xero
Throughout this article, the above services are referred to, generically, as accounts services and the screenshots and text of the article may including references to either Xero or MYOB, as the features for both are broadly the similar.

If the account has a balance (either positive or negative), the Accounts tab will be highlighted orange, to indicate activity:

As with all Customer tabs, when selected, the tab is displayed in blue.

When the Accounts screen is viewed, the following tabs are displayed:

Matching / Unmatching
If the CommTrak Customer has already been matched to an accounts service record, the Contact Matching section displays a summary of the accounts service record:

If the match is incorrect, clicking Remove Match disassociates the CommTrak Customer from the accounts service record, and the Match Customer fields are shown:

Accounts Service Synchronisation
CommTrak synchronises with the accounts service.
If accounts synchronisation has not occurred since matching, there may be a delay of a few seconds, as CommTrak synchronises with the accounts service. Whilst the synchronisation is occurring, pulsing dots will be displayed:

The time taken to synchronise the accounts data may vary depending upon which accounts service is being used, and how fast the service provides the data to CommTrak.
Once synchronised, the following sections are displayed:
Contact Matching
If the Customer has not been matched to an accounts service, only the Contact Matching section will be displayed:

When matched, the Contact Matching section is displayed, with accounts service contact information:

When matched, the following sections are displayed:
Contact Details

The fields in the Contact Details section will vary, depending on which accounts service is being used. The common fields are:
- Name
- Status
- Contact Person
- Address
- Balance / Balances
Invoices
The Invoices section displays open and closed invoices (if any).
Open Invoices

The columns displayed in the Open Invoices section will vary, depending on which accounts service is being used. The common columns are:
- Issue Date
- Invoice Number
- Account Type / Type
- Status
- Amount
If a PDF of the invoice is available, an icon will be displayed in the final column (visible in the previous image). Clicking the icon will either open the invoice in a new browser tab, or download the invoice, depending on the configuration of your browser.
Closed Invoices

The columns displayed in the Closed Invoices section will vary, depending on which accounts service is being used.
