First Time Signing-In to CommTrak
For security reasons, the CommTrak Support Team cannot reset user passwords, nor otherwise provide access to CommTrak, without written authorisation from your organisation's CommTrak licensee.
To sign-in to CommTrak for the first time, you will need to use the email address that your CommTrak Administrator has registered for you in your CommTrak user settings (typically, your work email address).
In your web browser:
- Go to your organisation's CommTrak URL, which will have been provided to you by your CommTrak Administrator. Your CommTrak URL will look something like: yourorganisation.commtrak.com.au
- When the login screen is displayed, click the Forgot your password? link (displayed below the Password field):

- An email containing a password reset link will be sent to you within a few tens of seconds
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email (please note that the reset email has an expiry, so please use it immediately)
- Once you have followed the instructions for providing a new password, you can sign-in to CommTrak
Problems?
If you did not receive a password reset notification email within two minutes:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
If the notification email is not in your spam/junk folder, contact your organisation's CommTrak Administrator, and ask them to confirm that your email address is correctly registered in your CommTrak user settings.
