Change Your Password
You must be signed-in to CommTrak to change your password. Please see the Forgot Your Password? article, if you have forgotten your password, and can't sign-in to CommTrak.
To Change Your Password
- Access your user details by clicking the My Details (gear) icon, located to the top-right of every CommTrak screen:
- In the Modify my user information section, locate the Password field:
- Enter a new password
- Click
If your organisation's CommTrak Administrator has specified complexity requirements for your password, you will be notified if your new password does not meet those requirements.
