FAQ - Transfer a User's Responsibilities

When a user changes roles within, or leaves, your organisation, various responsibilities including Workflow Tasks, and Customer and Lead Relationships can be bulk-reallocated to other staff members.

The following assignments can be bulk-transferred using this feature:

  • Customers / Leads
  • Telesales Opportunities
  • Favourite Reports (these are copied, not transferred)
  • Workflow Instigator
  • Workflow Task assignments in Workflow Settings
  • Workflow Tasks in Active Workflow Cases (see note below)

Other than Workflow Tasks in Active Workflow Cases, responsibilities are transferred in the user's settings. Please refer to the article Transfer Responsibilities (User Settings) for detailed information about the available features.

Transferring Tasks in Active Workflow Cases

Tasks in active workflow cases are managed using the Workflow Load feature, which is located in the Active Workflows screen.
