Workflow Task Colour Codes

The following legend shows the meaning of the colour codes for workflow tasks:

The task has not been marked as completed.

The task has been marked as successfully completed.

A previously-completed task has been rejected as incomplete.

The original due due date for this task has been updated by a user.

The task has not been marked as completed, and the due date has passed.

A user has marked this task as a 'work-in-progress'.

This typically indicates that the assigned user has viewed the task and is actively working on it, but has not yet completed it.

A user has marked this task as a 'work-in-progress', and this task is also overdue
