Job View Staff Role Defaults (Settings)

Job Views determine which fields can be viewed in the Job Details screen.

This article explains how to specify the default Job View for a CommTrak role. Before a view can be specified as the default view for a role, the View must have been created in The Job Views Settings.

For information about the use of Job Views, please refer to Support Centre article Job Views.

The default view setting for a role does not override a user's preferred view (if they have specified one).

Accessing Job View Staff Role Defaults Settings

Settings > Jobs Settings > Job View Staff Role Defaults

A list of CommTrak roles is presented:

Modifying Job View Staff Role Defaults

Select the dropdown list adjacent to the role for which you wish to modify the default view:

Choose the required view and press Save.

The specified view is now the default for the role.
