Calendar Synchronisation Update (September 2022)

If you are using the ‘CalDAV’ utility to synchronise your CommTrak calendar with your Microsoft 365 Outlook calendar, it will be disabled at the end of September 2022 as it is no longer supported.

To ensure that your CommTrak calendar and Microsoft 365 Outlook calendar continue to be synchronised, pleased follow these steps:

  1. Delete the existing CalDAV Calendar Entry

  1. Enable CommTrak / Microsoft 365 calendar synchronisation
