CommTrak BI (Business Intelligence)

CommTrak offers optional Business Intelligence (BI) Integration.

When activated, BI integration provides direct connection to a CommTrak database, enabling reporting from third-party products such as:

• Tableau
• Microsoft Power BI
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Power Query for Excel

Use your third-party BI product to create rich, interactive reports with visual analytics.

You can also query the CommTrak database via custom applications that can connect to PostgreSQL.

CommTrak BI Advanced Reporting Service - real-time

The BI Advanced Reporting Service provides real-time access to CommTrak data, allowing for live external analytics and dashboards.
