CommTrak offers optional Business Intelligence (BI) Integration.

When activated, BI integration provides direct connection to a CommTrak database, enabling reporting from third-party products such as:

• Tableau
• Microsoft Power BI
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Power Query for Excel

Use your third-party BI product to create rich, interactive reports with visual analytics.

CommTrak BI Plans

The CommTrak BI integration is available in two plans:

CommTrak BI Advanced Reporting Service real-time

The BI Advanced Reporting Service provides real-time access to CommTrak data, allowing for live external analytics and dashboards.

CommTrak BI Standard Reporting Service 24 hour refresh

The BI Standard Reporting Service is refreshed every 24 hours, allowing for daily refresh of external analytics and dashboards.
