Quote Electronic Signatures - Getting Started

CommTrak's electronic signature feature enables you to send quotes to contacts so they can review and sign online - no printing or scanning required.

When a contact signs a quote, you receive an email confirmation and a PDF of the signed document, which is also attached to the Lead automatically.

How it works

  1. Create and save a quote using a template that includes an electronic signature placeholder
  2. Click Advanced in the quote, then select New Email to send the quote to the contact
  3. The contact receives an email with a link to the signable quote - they can sign by drawing or typing
  4. Once signed, the signed PDF is attached to the Lead in CommTrak
