Quote Electronic Signatures - Getting Started
CommTrak's electronic signature feature enables you to send quotes to contacts so they can review and sign online - no printing or scanning required.
When a contact signs a quote, you receive an email confirmation and a PDF of the signed document, which is also attached to the Lead automatically.
How it works
- Create and save a quote using a template that includes an electronic signature placeholder
- Click Advanced in the quote, then select New Email to send the quote to the contact
- The contact receives an email with a link to the signable quote - they can sign by drawing or typing
- Once signed, the signed PDF is attached to the Lead in CommTrak
