Customer Portal Settings
Following the May 2021 update to the Customer Portal Settings, some additional options have been added to the settings for Portal access to Data Sheet Templates and Ticket Email Accounts, to provide allocation to all or no Customers (via the Portal).
Customer Portal Access to Data Sheet Templates
In addition to being able to allocate a Data Sheet Template to one or more Selected Customers or a Customer Group, it can now be allocated to All Customers, and the method of allocating to No Customers has been simplified:

Customer Portal access to Ticket Email Accounts
In addition to being able to allocate a Ticket Email account to All Customers, Selected Customers or a Customer Group, it can now be allocated to No Customers. This feature provides the functionality for Ticket Email accounts which are for internal use only.
To retain backwards compatibility with previous configurations, Ticket Email accounts are available to all Portal users by default, unless otherwise designated via the above setting.

Job Selection (Desktop / Mobile)
A recent Apple iPadOS update implemented different behaviour for determining if a website was being displayed on a mobile or desktop device, and this has caused difficulties for some CommTrak users when selecting Jobs on an iPad (for example, in the Schedule module).
Viewing a Job
The behaviour when clicking a Job ID link on both desktop and mobile devices has now been slightly modified to improve the user experience. Job IDs are now always shown as clickable links (regardless of platform / device-type), and a single click (or touch) of a Job ID link now immediately opens the Job details screen in a new browser tab.
Prior to this update, when needing to view details of a Job, when in the Schedule module, a double-click was required on a desktop device and, on a mobile device, a confirmation dialogue was displayed.
