Accessing Telesales Miscellaneous Settings:

Settings > Telesales Settings > Miscellaneous

The following fields are presented:

Which lead source should be used to mark leads generated by Teleappointers

From the dropdown list, select the Lead Source label that should be assigned to Leads that are generated from Telesales Opportunities.

The available dropdown list items can be modified in Settings > Leads Settings > Lead Sources

Force acknowledgement of attendance for each Teleappointer generated calendar appointment

Default: No

If set to Yes, the Sales Appointments to Attend Summary Panel will be displayed below the Search Dashboard.
