Customer Marketing Methods (Settings)

The Marketing Method field is located in the More Info section of the Customer Screen.

Accessing Marketing Method Settings

Settings > Customer Settings > Marketing Methods

Add a Marketing Method

Enter a name for the Marketing Method into the Add a marketing method field, and click Add.

Modify a Marketing Method

• Select a Marketing Method from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Edit the name of the Marketing Method in the Modify a marketing method field
• Click Save

Modifying an existing Marketing Method will immediately update all customer records with that Marketing Method.

Delete a Marketing Method

• Select a Marketing Method from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Click Delete

Deleting an existing Marketing Method will set all customer records with that Marketing Method, to Not Specified.

Deleting a Marketing Method cannot be reversed.
