Product and Inventory Items (Settings)
This features provides for the synchronisation of Xero inventory items with CommTrak for invoicing purposes. This enables users to quote for Xero inventory items when generating Xero invoices from with CommTrak.
Accessing Product and Inventory Items
Settings > Accounting Settings > Product and Inventory Items
Synchronise Items from Xero Inventory
Press The Sync with Xero button (visible in the following image:
Once synchronised, Xero items are listed as shown:
Click a Xero item to show the Item details:
Xero items cannot be edited in CommTrak. To refresh the items in CommTrak, press the Sync with Xero button
