Staff Activity Report
The Staff Activity Report is a standard CommTrak report accessed from the main menu:
Reports > Staff Activity Report

The Staff Activity Report provides an audit of certain key activities within CommTrak.
Examples of some of the logged activities are:
- Logged in
- Login failure
- Customer created
- Customer details updated
- Lead created / deleted
- Workflow Case created / deleted
- Workflow Task closed / deleted
- Vault accessed
Approximately 40 different staff activities are logged.
To view the complete list of logged activities, click the Specified activity criterion heading in the Staff Activity Report:
Typically, changes to individual fields are not logged due to the high impact on database performance.
