Call Outcomes (Settings)

Configure the Call Outcomes available during a Telesales Call.

The following Call Outcomes are cannot be modified or deleted, and are not displayed in the settings screen:

  • Did not discuss this opportunity
  • Unsuccessful
  • Do Not Contact
  • Successful Lead
  • Successful Sale

Accessing Call Outcomes Settings

Settings > Telesales Settings > Call Outcomes

Add a Call Outcome

Enter a name for the Call Outcome into the  Add field, and click .

Modify a Call Outcome

  • Select a Call Outcome from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Edit the name of the Call Outcome in the Modify field
  • Click 

Modifying an existing Lead Source will immediately update all leads records with that Lead Source.

Delete a Call Outcome

  • Select a Call Outcome from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Click 

Deleting a Lead Source cannot be reversed.
