Spell-Check

The following features have been tested in Google Chrome (the recommended web-browser for CommTrak).

When an unrecognised word is entered into a CommTrak text field, it will be highlighted with a red, wavy underline.

In most areas of CommTrak, you can access the browser's spell-check feature, by right-clicking the misspelled word.

In CommTrak's HTML editors (e.g. the editor used for editing when sending emails, or creating and editing HTML templates), you can access the browser's spell-check feature by holding the Ctrl key (Cmd on a Mac), and right-clicking the misspelled word. Holding the Ctrl (or Cmd) key is required because CommTrak's HTML editor uses the right-click for the editor's context menu for other editing options.

If spell-check features are not working within CommTrak, please try the following:

  • Ensure that you are using the latest version of your web browser
  • Disable web-browser extensions / add-ins, as some of these are known to interfere with Chrome's spell-check feature.
