CT-Sign Templates (Settings)

Accessing CT-Sign Template Settings

Add a CT-Sign Template
In the Add new template section, provide a template name and associate the template with a CommTrak module:
Template Name (mandatory)
Enter a name for the new CT-Sign Template.
CT-Sign Association (mandatory)
This field provides the option to limit access to the CT-Sign Template to a specific module, or to make the template available in all modules.
The following options are available:
- Customers
- Jobs
- Leads
Click to confirm the template name and module with which the template will be associated.
A default CT-Sign Template will be created, and it can now be modified in the Maintain template section:
Modifying a CT-Sign Template
When adding a new CT-Sign Template (as detailed above), the Maintain template section is displayed automatically, and the available fields can be edited.
To modify an existing CT-Sign Template, select a CT-Sign Template from the list at the top of the screen; the Maintain template section will be displayed.
CT-Sign Template (mandatory)
If required, edit the name of the CT-Sign Template.
CT-Sign Questions
If required, select the questions that will be displayed in the CT-Sign Template. Questions must have previously been defined in the CT-Sign Questions settings.
To add a question to the template, click the required question in the leftmost list, and then click . The question will be added to the rightmost list.
To modify the order of the questions, select a question in the rightmost list, and click either the up or down arrow button as required.
Edit the Template Body
When modifying a CT-Sign Template, the main body of the template can be edited:

The CommTrak template editor is displayed. For further information about the available editor features, refer to the Support Centre article Template Editor Features.
Whilst editing the template body, clicking displays the template in a separate browser window; the Save button does not need to be clicked prior to previewing.
Action Buttons
- Edit the Template body; see the heading Edit the Template Body, above.
- Save the template
- Preview the template; the template preview is displayed in a separate browser window.
- Delete the template. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
