Job Call-Out Fees (Settings)

Call-Out Fees are applied to Jobs in the Labour Rates Matrix.

Accessing Call-Out Fees Settings

Settings > Jobs Settings > Call-Out Fees

Add a Call-Out Fee

• Click New Call-Out Fee
• Complete the following fields:
  • Description: A unique name for the Call-Out Fee
  • Fee: The fee to be charged
  • Includes: The number of hours and minutes to be included in this Call-Out Fee (from 0 minutes to 8 hours, in 15 minute increments)
• Click Add to confirm the new Call-Out Fee.

Modify a Call-Out Fee

• Select a Call-Out Fee from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Edit the fields in the Modify call-out fee field (as listed under the Add a Call-Out Fee heading, above)
• Click Save

Delete a Call-Out Fee

• Select a Call-Out Fee from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Click Delete

Deleting a Call-Out Fee cannot be reversed.
