Customer Service Providers (Settings)

The Service Providers field is located in the More Info section of the Customer Screen.

Accessing Service Provider Settings

Settings > Customer Settings > Service Providers

Add a Service Provider

Enter a name for the Service Providers into the Add a Service Provider field, and click Add.

Modify a Service Provider

• Select a Service Provider from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Edit the name of the Service Provider in the Modify a Service Provider field
• Click Save

Modifying an existing Service Provider will immediately update all customer records with that Service Provider.

Delete a Service Provider

• Select a Service Provider from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Click Delete

Deleting an existing Service Provider will set all customer records with that Service Provider, to Not Specified.

Deleting a Service Provider cannot be reversed.
