Customer Flags (Settings)

The Flags field is located in the main (top) section of the Customer Screen.

Accessing Flags Settings

Settings > Customer Settings > Flags

Add a Flag

Enter a name for the Flag into the Add a flag field, and click .

Modify a Flag

  • Select a Flag from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Edit the name of the Flag in the Modify a flag field
  • Click

Modifying an existing Flag will immediately update all customer records with that Flag.

Delete a Flag

  • Select a Flag from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Click

Deleting an existing Flag will remove the item from all customer records with that Flag.

Deleting a Flag cannot be reversed.
