Customer Relationships (Settings)

The Customer Relationships field is located on the Customer Screen.

Accessing Customer Relationships Settings

Settings > Customer Settings > Customer Relationships

Add a Customer Relationship

Enter a name for the Customer Relationship into the Add a relationship field, and click .

Modify a Customer Relationship

  • Select a relationship from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Edit the name of the relationship in the Modify a relationship field
  • Click

Modifying an existing Customer Relationship will immediately update all customer records with that relationship.

Delete a Customer Relationship

  • Select a relationship from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Click

Deleting an existing Customer Relationship will set all customer records with that relationship, to Not Specified.

Deleting a Customer Relationship cannot be reversed.
