Customer Groups (Settings)

The Customer Group field is located in the More info section of the main Customer Screen.

Accessing Customer Group Settings

Settings > Customer Settings > Customer Groups

Add a Customer Group

Enter a name for the Customer Group into the Add a customer group field, and click .

Modify a Customer Group

  • Select a customer group from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Edit the name of the customer group in the Modify a customer group field
  • Click

Modifying an existing Customer Group will immediately update all customer records with that group name.

Delete a Customer Group

  • Select a customer group from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Click

Deleting an existing customer group will remove that group from all customer records to which that group had been assigned.

Deleting a customer group cannot be reversed.
