Customer Contract Names (Settings)

Contracts can be selected for customers on the main Customer Screen.

Accessing Contract Name Settings

Settings > Customer Settings > Contract Names

Add a Contract Name

  • Enter a name for the contract into the Contract Name field
  • Select a commission rate (0 - 100 %) from the Default Commission drop-down list
  • Press Add

Modify a Contract Name

  • Select a contract name from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • In the Modify section, edit the name of the contract name
  • In the Default Commissions drop-field, select a new commission rate
  • Press Save

Modifying an existing contract name will immediately update all customer contracts with that name.

Modifying the default commission for an existing contract name does not affect the commission for existing contracts.

Delete a Contract Name

  • Select a Contract Name from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Press Delete

Deleting an existing Contract Name will not affect existing contracts of that type.

Deleting a Contract Name cannot be reversed.
