Customer Business Types (Settings)

The Business Type field is located in the More info section of the main Customer Screen.

Accessing Business Type Settings

Settings > Customer Settings > Business Types

Add a Business Type

Enter a name for the Business Type into the Add a business type field, and click Add.

Modify a Business Type

• Select a Business Type from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Edit the name of the Business type in the Modify a business type field
• Click Save

Modifying an existing Business Type will immediately update all customer records with that business type.

Delete a Business Type

• Select a Business Type from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Click Delete

Deleting an existing Business Type will set all customer records with that business type, to Not Specified.

Deleting a Business Type cannot be reversed.
