Chart of Accounts (Settings, MYOB)
Accessing Chart of Accounts Settings
Settings > Accounting Settings > Chart of Accounts
Select the MYOB Company File
- From the MYOB Company File Name dropdown list, select the company file name to synchronise.
- The MYOB Company File ID field is automatically updated to reflect the selection in the dropdown list.

Synchronise CommTrak with the MYOB Chart of Accounts
- Press the Sync with MYOB button to synchronise the selected MYOB company chart of accounts with CommTrak
Modifying an existing Account Status will immediately update all customer records with that status.
Delete an Account Status
- Select an account status from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
- Click
Deleting an existing account status will set all customer records with that status, to Not Specified.
Deleting an account account status cannot be reversed.
