Job Tasks (Settings)

Job Tasks can be assigned to Technicians in the Job Details screen.

Accessing Job Tasks Settings

Settings > Jobs Settings > Job Tasks

Add a Job Task

  • Press the New Job Task button
  • In the Add a job task field, enter a name for the new Task
  • Press Add to create the Job Task

Modify an Existing Job Task

  • Select a Job Task from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Edit the name of the Job Task in the Modify a job task field
  • Press Save

Modifying an existing Job Task will immediately update all Jobs where that task is in use.

Delete an Existing Job Task

  • Select a Job Task from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Press the Delete button that is displayed below the Modify a job task section heading.
  • Confirm deletion by pressing OK, or Cancel to retain the Task

Deleting a Job Task cannot be reversed.
