Prefix Labels (Settings)

We recommend retaining the default prefixes. Please contact CommTrak Support in advance of changing prefix labels, so we are aware of any impending changes.

Each of the components within CommTrak has a default prefix assigned to it (e.g., TK for Tickets, JB for Jobs, PR for Projects, etc.). Although we recommend retaining the default prefixes, it is possible to edit them if needed.

Accessing Prefix Labels Settings

Settings > General Settings > Prefix Labels

Edit a Prefix Label

Edit the field for the required label, and press Save.

Saved changes to label prefixes become effective immediately.
