Leads Services & Software (SaS) Categories (Settings)

The Services & Software (SaS) Categories can be used in the Services & Software (SaS) Item Settings to create categories of services or software, for more convenient selection when creating a Quote.

Accessing Services & Software (SaS) Categories Settings

Settings > Leads Settings > Services & Software (SaS) Categories

Add an SaS Category

• Press the New SaS Category button at the top of the settings screen
• Enter a name for the new Category into the Add an SaS Category field, and press Add

Modify an SaS Category

• Select an SaS Category from the list displayed on the settings screen
• Edit the name of the SaS Category in the Modify an SaS Category field
• Press Save

Delete an SaS Category

• Select an SaS Category from the list displayed on the settings screen
• Press Delete

Any SaS items assigned to a deleted category will be assigned as Uncategorised in the SaS item settings.

Deleting an SaS Category cannot be reversed.
