Telco Unpaid Claims Report

To access this feature, select: Reports > Telco Commissions Reconciliation

The criteria for this report can be configured in the Specify Telco unpaid claims report criteria section:

The fields, as shown in the above example image, pertain only to the Once-off payments report type.

Report Type (default Once-off payments)

Select the required Report Type from the dropdown list:

• Active orders
• Once-off payments

Active Orders

The following field is displayed when the Report Type is specified as Active orders:

Date order accepted between

Filter the report based on the specified range for the Order Accepted date (as specified in the Telco Order Number field on the Lead screen).

Once-Off Payments Fields

The following fields are displayed when the Report Type is specified as Once-off payments:

Date order accepted between without Telco upfront payment received

Filter the report based on the specified range for the Order Accepted date (as specified in the Telco Order Number field on the Lead screen).

Date order closed between without Telco final payment received

Filter the report based on the specified range for the Order Closed date (as specified in the Telco Order Number field on the Lead screen).

Include items manually flagged for claim (default Yes)

If set to No, items manually flagged for a claim will not be included in the report.

Include items already claimed (default No)

If set to Yes, items already claimed will be included in the report.

Produce the Report

To produce the report filtered by the specified criteria, click Produce Report.

The Review of Open Orders report will be displayed:

If an action has been carried out for a claim (e.g. a telephone call), enter the date of the action in the Last Actioned date field. This acts as a reminder of the last action, next time the report is run.

Click Save to update any changes to the Last Actioned field.

Show Raised Claims

To display raised claims, click Show Raised Claims.

Clicking the Microsoft Excel icon (top-right, shown in the above image), will download a copy of the Telco claim form in your web browser.

Click Close to return to the report criteria screen.

Create New

To create a new Telco claim form, click Create New.

The Telco claim form (Microsoft Excel file), based on the specified report criteria, will be generated and downloaded in your web browser.
