Import Telco Payment CSV Files

To access this feature, select: Reports > Telco Commissions Reconciliation

Payment files must not be modified in any way prior to uploading. Modifying a payment file, and importing it, is likely to cause duplicated payment entries.

Select Payment Files for Importing

In the Import Telco payment CSV files section, upload the required payment file(s):

Payment files can be uploaded by either:

• Clicking Choose Files and selecting the required file(s) in the file browser window

or

• Dragging and dropping file(s) onto the Choose Files field.

Import Selected CSV Files

When at least one payment file has been selected:

• Click Import CSV

When payment files have been imported successfully, a notification banner will be displayed at the top of the screen.

If a previously-uploaded file is uploaded, a message will be displayed advising that the duplicate file has not been processed.
