Telco Product Group Management (Settings)

Custom Telco Product Groups can be created to enable easier selection of frequently used products when creating Quotes.

Once a Telco Product Group has been created, multipliers can be applied in the Telco Product Multiplier settings.

Accessing Telco Product Group Management Settings

Settings > Telco Settings > Telco Product Group Management

Add a Telco Product Group

Enter a name for the Telco Product Group into the  Add field, and click Add.

Modify a Telco Product Group

• Select a Telco Product Group from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Edit the name of the Telco Product Group in the Modify field
• Click Save

Delete a Telco Product Group

• Select a Telco Product Group from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Click Delete

Add a Product to a Telco Product Group

• Select a Telco Product Group from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• In the Add new Telco product to group... section
• Enter one of:
  • Telco Tag
  • PCMS Code
  • Product Description

When entering one of the above, a product list, filtered by the typed characters, will be displayed (minimum of three characters required to display any products).

• Click the required product in the presented list

Delete a Product from a Telco Product Group

• Select a Telco Product Group from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• In the Maintain Telco product group items... section, click the trash-can icon adjacent to the item to remove
