Accessing Trailing Commission Formulas Settings

Adding a Trailing Commissions Formula

The Add new trailing commissions formula section is displayed as shown:

Enter a name for the trailing commissions formula in the Description field.

Add the first rule into the Rules field; a rule consists of:

• From Month (1 - 61): select the start month for this rule, from the dropdown list
• To Month (1 - 61, infinity): select the end month for this rule, from the dropdown list
• Commission: Select either $ or % from the dropdown list, and enter the numeric value in the text field

If additional rules are required for this trailing commissions formula, click +  to add a new row, and repeat the above bulleted-points for the additional rule.

To remove a row, click - adjacent to the row. The first rule cannot be removed (the rule must be deleted, as described below).

Click Add to confirm the new rule.

Modifying or Deleting a Trailing Commissions Formula

To modify or delete a trailing commissions formula, click the name of the trailing commissions formula in the list at the top of the Settings screen.

Modifying a Trailing Commissions Formula

Edit the Description field to change the name of the trailing commissions formula.

Change the From Month, To Month or Commission fields, in a rule, as required.

Click +  adjacent to the final rule, to add a new row, and complete the fields as required.

Click  -  adjacent to the row to be removed.

Click Save to confirm the changes.

Deleting a Trailing Commissions Formula

Click Delete to remove the trailing commissions formula.

When deleted, the trailing commissions formula is removed immediately, and cannot be restored.
