Telesales Promotion Briefs (Settings)

Promotion Briefs are accessible from the Telesales calling screen (to be selected by the Teleappointer as required), and consist of the following:

• Promotion Brief Name
• Script to Read
• Email Body

Accessing Telesales Promotion Briefs Settings

Settings > Ticket Settings > Telesales Promotion Briefs.

Add a Telesales Promotion Brief

Complete the following fields as required:

Promotion Brief Name field (mandatory)

The name of the Promotion Brief, to be displayed in the dropdown list on the Telesales calling screen.

Script to Read

The text of the script. This field is a plain-text only, freeform text area.

Email Body

The body of the (optional) email for the Promotion Brief

Please refer to the Email Template (Settings) article for further information relating to the editing of CommTrak Email Templates.

Click Add to confirm.

Modify a Telesales Promotion Brief

• Select a Promotion Brief from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• In the Modify promotion brief section, update the fields as required
• Click Save

Delete a Promotion Brief

• Select a Promotion Brief from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Click Delete

Deleting a Promotion Brief cannot be reversed.
