Telesales Flags (Settings)

Configure the Telesales Flags available in the Telesales Module.

Accessing Telesales Flags Settings

Settings > Telesales Settings > Telesales Flags

Add a Telesales Flag

Enter a name for the Call Outcome into the  Add a telesale flag field, and click .

Modify a Telesales Flag

  • Select a Telesales Flag from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Edit the name of the Telesales Flag in the Modify field
  • Click 

Modifying an existing Telesales Flag will immediately update all Telesales records with that Telesales Flag.

Delete a Call Outcome

  • Select a Telesales Flag from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Click 

Deleting an existing Telesales Flag will immediately remove it from all Telesales opportunities.

Deleting a Telesales Flag cannot be reversed.
