Inventory Miscellaneous (Settings)
There are several Miscellaneous Inventory Settings that can be configured.

Miscellaneous Settings Fields
The following fields can be configured:
Email address to notify of inventory events and changes of quote item requirements
The email address to notify of various changes to the Inventory.
Which inventory location should trigger low stock warnings
When an inventory item in the selected location reaches the low-stock threshold assigned to the item, a low-stock warning is triggered.
A low-stock threshold can be specified for each Inventory Item using the Min Qty field in Inventory Item settings.
Source of inventory item buy price for GP calculations (Average buy price of inventory items or Fixed)
For each Inventory Item, the Buy Price used in GP calculations, can either be Fixed or Average Price:
- Fixed - GP calculations are based on the Unit Buy Price field for the Inventory item
- Average Buy Price - The GP calculations are based on the average buy price of the Inventory Item
Which fields should be included in inventory item search results
When entering a quote line item, the user can search for Inventory items.
The options in this setting determine which Inventory Item fields are searchable and displayed in the quote.
The options are:
- SKU & Model & Description
- Model & Description
- Description
