Workflow Task Rejection Reasons (Settings)

This setting is used to configure the available items in the Reject Reason field, displayed in the Reject Task pop-up window, that is presented when a user rejects a Workflow Task:

Accessing Workflow Task Rejection Reasons Settings
Settings > Workflow Settings > Workflow Task Rejection Reasons

Add a Workflow Task Rejection Reason
- Under the Add new workflow task rejection reason section heading, click
- Enter a name for the Workflow Task Rejection Reason in the Add a workflow task rejection reason field
- Click
Modify an Existing Workflow Task Rejection Reason
- Select a Workflow Task Rejection Reason from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
- Edit the name of the Workflow Task Rejection Reason in the Modify a workflow task rejection reason field
- Click
Delete an Existing Workflow Task Rejection Reason
- Select a Workflow Task Rejection Reason from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
- Click the button that is displayed below the Modify a workflow task rejection reason section heading.

Deleting a Workflow Task Rejection Reason cannot be reversed.
