Workflow Miscellaneous (Settings)

There are several miscellaneous Workflow settings that can be configured for the Workflow module.

Miscellaneous Settings Fields

The following fields can be configured:

Enable emailing of workflow task reminders (Company-wide default)

This is a global setting that determines whether or not all users will receive emailed Workflow notifications by default. The available options are:

Yes - all users will receive workflow email notifications by default
No - all users will not receive workflow email notifications by default

This setting can be overridden per user in Users (Settings).

Workflow Load, highlight when Next Task count exceeds the following (1-100, 200, 300, 500, 1000)

In the Workflow Load section of the Active Workflow Screen, if the Next Task count exceeds the selected value, the count will be displayed in red text.

Workflow Load, highlight when Due Today count exceeds the following (1-100, 200, 300, 500, 1000)

In the Workflow Load section of the Active Workflow Screen, if the Due Today count exceeds the selected value, the count will be displayed in red text.

How many months after a workflow group is deleted should it be shown in workflow reports (Never, 1, 3, 6, 12, 24, Always)

Determines for how long deleted Workflow Groups can be specified in the Workflow Groups criterion of the Workflow Report. (Default 12 months)

Workflow Load, highlight when Total Tasks count exceeds the following (1-100, 200, 300, 500, 1000)

In the Workflow Load section of the Active Workflow Screen, if the Total Tasks count exceeds the selected value, the count will be displayed in red text.
