Job Contractor Available Days (Settings)

This setting is used to specify when third-party contractors are available to be scheduled for Jobs.

Contractors are CommTrak users with either the Contractor or the Contractor With Login role, or the appropriate permission assigned to them. See Support Centre article Users (Settings) for information about allocating a role to a user.

Accessing Contractor Available Days Settings

Settings > Jobs Settings > Contractor Available Days

Add Contractor Availability

  • Click 
  • In the Date Range field, specify a start and end date for the Contractor's availability
  • Select the Contractor's name from the Contractor field dropdown list
  • Click 

Delete Existing Contractor Availability

  • Select a Contractor availability entry from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Click 

Deleting a Contractor Available Day entry cannot be reversed.
