Job Progress Types (Settings)
Job Progress Types are used to identify the current progress of a Job, and can be used for the purposes of filtering and reporting. When a new Job is created, the Job Progress Type defaults to the first alphabetical item in the Job Progress Types list.
Accessing Job Progress Type Settings
Settings > Jobs Settings > Job Progress Types
Add a Job Progress Type
- Click
- Enter a name for the Job Progress Type into the Add a job progress type field, and click
Modify an Existing Job Progress Type
- Select a Job Progress Type from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
- Edit the name of the Job Progress Type in the Modify a job progress type field
- Click
Modifying an existing Job Progress Type will immediately update all Jobs with that type.
Delete an Existing Job Progress Type
- Select a Job Progress Type from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
- Click the button that is displayed below the Modify a job progress type section heading.
If a Job Progress Type is deleted, all Jobs that currently have the deleted Job Progress Type assigned will have the Job Progress Type set to the first alphabetical item in the Job Progress Types list.
Deleting a Job Progress Type cannot be reversed.
