Call Categories (Settings)

When a user adds a message to CallTrak, the user is required to specify a Reason for the Call. The list of call reasons is maintain in the Call Categories settings.

CallTrak messages can be reported on in Reports > Call Tracking Report.

Accessing Call Categories Settings

Settings > General Settings > Call Categories

Add a Call Category

Enter a name for the Call Category into the Add a call category field, and click  .

Modify a Call Category

  • Select a Call Category from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Edit the name of the Call Category in the Modify a call category field
  • Click 

Delete a Call Category

  • Select a Call Category from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
