Leads Unsuccessful Reasons (Settings)

The Unsuccessful Reasons field is displayed on the Lead screen, when the Lead Status is changed to Unsuccessful.

Accessing Leads Unsuccessful Reasons Settings

Settings > Leads Settings > Leads Unsuccessful Reasons

Add a Leads Unsuccessful Reason

Enter a name for the Unsuccessful Reason into the Add an unsuccessful Reason field, and click .

Modify a Leads Unsuccessful Reason

  • Select an Unsuccessful Reason from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Edit the name of the Unsuccessful Reason in the Modify an unsuccessful reason field
  • Click

Delete a Leads Unsuccessful Reason

  • Select an Unsuccessful Reason from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
  • Click

Deleting an Unsuccessful Reason cannot be reversed.
