Leads Business Divisions (Settings)

Leads Business Divisions represent the divisions within your organisation to which sales GP will be allocated in each Lead.

GP allocated to the Business Divisions is visible on the Sales Dashboard and in Reports.

Accessing Business Division Settings

Settings > Leads Settings > Business Divisions

Add a Business Division

Enter a name for the Business Division into the Add a Business Division field, and click Add.

Modify a Business Division

• Select a Business Division from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Edit the name of the Business Division in the Modify a Business Division field
• Click Save

Modifying an existing Business Division will immediately update Leads to reflect the changes.

Delete a Business Division

• Select a Business Division from the list displayed at the top of the settings screen
• Click Delete

Deleting an existing Business Division will immediately remove that Business Division from all open and new Leads, reports, etc. It will not remove historical data. 

Deleting a Business Division cannot be reversed.
